Services

Codebold IT Solutions provides design, development, and digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in project proposals or agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
• Supply required content and assets in agreed formats.
• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timelines.

Payments

Payment terms are defined in the project agreement. Late payments may delay delivery or result in suspension of services until accounts are current.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Codebold retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and processes. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables as described in the agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of delivering the project.

Warranties and Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Codebold is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed according to the agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws where Codebold IT Solutions operates, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
